The Company's principal focus is acquiring properties that tend to be unexplored but have highly prospective geology. The realisation of these properties is done either by joint ventures, option agreements or in a combination of both prerequisites. Depending on the size of the projects and the correlated effort for their execution, they are realized either by MR on its own or in partnerships with major and mid-tier producers or prominent junior exploration firms.

The growth strategy of the Company is driven by the acquisition of other properties in order to expand the land holdings in the Northwest Territories. A prioritized target list of interesting properties to be bought in the near future has been prepared and MR is in a negotiation process with prospects.
